Today's reveal is Frog the Bard by Artcher! An artist with a love of frogs and fantasy animals in general, Artcher brings us the greatest of all D&D classes, the BARD~! (Frard?)

Pond is now available to playtest on screentop and soon tabletop simulator. By logging your playtests, you'll be able to earn a free t-shirt added to your backerkit pledge (or puzzle if you'd prefer that)

To join playtesting, all you have to do join the discord and log 3 playtest sessions of POND between now and the end of the campaign next Thursday!

There will be a round 2 of playtesting for swag later so don't worry if you can't make time for it this time around.

You can play it on tabletop simulator too but it likely won't be as up to date and so for playtesting, please use screentop. It's free and it runs in your desktop web browser!



AND FINALLY, it's time to vote on which Enamel Pin design we'll make for those who are backing the Indie Legends or Indie Savior tiers!

I am super excited to reveal our next guest artist, Nolan Nasser! Nolan is a long time friend whom I first met when designing and iterating my marble puzzle fighting game at ProtoATL in 2018 (Re;MATCH launches this November). He is an awe inspiring artist with an incredible gallery of work that also make the most gorgeous desktop mats you've ever seen. Also he's a souls fan (can you tell?)

At 6pm CST / 7pm EST, Sam Salde, the incredible voice actress of Topaz from Honkai Star Rail and Anby from ZZZero will be playing POND on her twitch stream here! Fun fact: Sam was also the voice of my Re;ACT - The Arts of War trailer back in 2022!

At 8:30pm CST / 9:30pm EST, Luxie Games, one of the most coziest gamers on twitch, will also be learning and playing POND from me live on Twitch!

The last 4 days has been FILLED with playtesting of POND at my favorite prototyping convention of the year: ProtoATL. For any aspiring game designers out there, I cannot recommend this convention enough. You'll make lots of friends and get SO much progress on your game here~

Speaking of recommendations, I wanted to give a special shoutout to Pickpocket Games with this incredible review after playing POND. Their game Theif's Market is currently live on Kickstarter!



My confidence in POND is higher than ever and I'm super excited to release the playtesting program this week~!

I'll be taking a 13 hour drive from Atlanta back to Dallas and will be updating the Tabletop Simulator and Screentop implementations for anyone to play POND for free once I am home! The playtesting program will be announced this Wednesday afternoon instead of tomorrow (giving myself one extra day to make sure it's 100% ready)



The mythical Bunny Banana hybrid, the Bunnana, is here to join the fun! Illustrated by the eponymous NANA, this adorable creature is just what the POND ordered~

Nana is an incredible artist and also a close friend that I've made as a fellow vendor at Anime Conventions. She was one of the artists in my Honkai Star Rail tarot deck fan project.
